Application Process: (For Reference Only)
This advanced formula is a concentrated fixing agent. For optimal results, dilute with 3 to 4 parts water and mix thoroughly.
1. Dipping Process: Recommended dosage ranges from 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f).
Ideal pH Range: 5-7
Optimal Temperature: 40°C to 60°C
Processing Time: 20-30 minutes
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: General dosage is 1.5-5g/L.
Adjust dosage based on fabric color depth and inherent washing fastness. Tailor the process to user needs.

Precautions:
1. Ensure dyed material is adequately washed and soaped prior to application for best results.
2. Avoid using in the same bath as anionic products to prevent interference with the fixing effect.

Packaging and Storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drum lined bags or customized packaging as per client requirements.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area with a 12-month shelf life at room temperature.
