Performance characteristics and use:
1. Dispersant RG-WAS19N is suitable for the dispersion of titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and other pigments.
2. This product has excellent dispersion effect on titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate, iron oxide and other inorganic powders, sharply reduce abrasive viscosity, shorten grinding time, stabilize pigment dispersion system, help prevent organic pigment flocculation, reduce floating color, flower and other tendencies.
3. Dispersant RG-WAS19N can be used alone or in combination with other dispersants. It can be used for various waterborne industrial paints and pigment concentrates.
4. This product can be adsorbed on the surface of various small particles and generate electrostatic repulsion to disperse them, avoid settling and reroughing. Mainly used in electronic ceramics, paper industry, alumina ceramics, daily ceramics, magnetic materials and other industries additives.
5. A small amount of the product can be added to obtain a high concentration of low viscosity color paste, while the aging stability of the slurry and paint is superior.

6. Dispersant RG-WAS19N also has a good dispersion effect on phthalein blue and phthalein green.

Usage and dosage:
Usually, the dispersant RG-WAS19N is first added to the water, thoroughly mixed, and then the pigment is added under agitation.
For titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate, iron oxide and other inorganic powder, the addition amount of dispersant RG-WAS19N is 0.3-2% of the total pigment; When used for phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green, the addition amount of dispersant RG-WAS19N is 10-15% of the total pigment.
