Degreasing and wetting agent RG-JFF is scientifically formulated from a variety of surfactants, builders and other materials. It has excellent degreasing and decontamination capabilities and simple process, which not only shortens the pre-treatment time, saves energy, reduces production costs, but also greatly improves product quality and production efficiency.

Performance characteristics and uses:
Degreasing and wetting agent RG-JFF is used for scouring and degreasing before chemical fiber and cotton fabric printing and dyeing. It can effectively clean and remove impurities brought by raw cottons, such as cotton wax, nitrogen-containing organic pectin, minerals and in the textile process The stains caused by the use of oil agents are also suitable for cleaning or scouring the same bath process of pure cotton yarns or fabrics.
This product has excellent emulsifying, dispersing, penetrating and cleaning properties, fast oil absorption, heat resistance, alkali resistance, hard water resistance, and oxidant resistance, and can completely remove all kinds of clothing oil stains.
This product will not fade and prevent dyeing, nor will it produce stains and flowers in the same bath. Also, it has good whiteness, no pollution, no trace, and no harm to clothes. Applicable to normal and high-temperature degreasing and cleansing processes.
Applications:
Use a concentration of 1 to 5 g / L, dissolve the degreasing and wetting agent RG-JFF into the water and stir uniformly, and generally wash the textile for more than 30 minutes (depending on the oil pollution, the time can be appropriately increased or decreased). When the cleaning effect is reduced, it can still be used after the proper addition of degreasing wetting agent RG-JFF until it fails. If you want to speed up the degreasing or make the cleaning effect more ideal, you can warm up to 80 ºC for cleaning.
Packaging, storage, and transportation:
Packed in 50/kg/125 kg/160kg plastic drums.
It should be protected from direct sunlight and freezing. Store in a cool and ventilated place. The storage period is 6 months.
