Chemical Auxiliary Agent

Specially in finishing for fiber, yarn, Spandex, Polyester cotton, rayon fabric.

Feature:

1.      soft, smooth, full and thick hand feels. high stability, to solve defects of the original silicone micro emulsion of oil and grease floating fabric.

2.     Emulsion stability, good dilution,  products are light cream fluid with tiny grain(less than0.15mm),so the penetrating effect is very powerful. It can be self-crosslinked without high temperature or catalyst.

3.      It can give a better lasting, anti-washing and soft hand feel to the treated fabrics

4.      Series products have many active groups, it can improve the softness, smoothness, fluffiness and hydrophilic effect of the treated textiles.

Appearance: colorless or light color liquid

  Solid:40±1%

PH Value:4-6

Use Method:

1.     According to the series of fabric, finishing affect according to formula and the water. Between 3-10g/l(or add YH-450 of cloth's 0.3-1%)

2.     Using padding process or dipping process, Dipping process should continue 20~30mins.

3.     Drying temperature: 100~120°C, fix temperature:120~180°C.

 

Packing and storage:

1.     Packing in 50-120L Polyethylene plastic drum

2.     This product is non-dangerous goods, can be transport by non-dangerous goods.

3.     A shelf life of 6 months when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
