Performance characteristics:
Can be directly applied to pearl powder printing process.
Because it has a particularly soft and transparent elastic film, it will not change the brightness and color of the fabric and pearl powder.Low temperature fixation, no need for high temperature baking, which can greatly save energy. Even after film formation, it will not be yellow at high temperature (190 ºC).
The printed fabric is soft, the outline of the design shape is clear, and the color is bright.
Good compatibility with pearlescent powder, good mechanical stability, high-speed stirring stability;
High elasticity and good anti-sticking performance;
The color paste prepared well to many kinds of fabrics and has good washing fastness.
This product does not contain APEO and formaldehyde, which meets environmental protection requirements.
Application:
1. It is suitable for various processes such as roller, rotary screen, flat screen, and manual printing.
2. Good adaptability to cotton, T/C, Acrylic fibers, polyester, knitwear, terry fabrics and even silk products.
Use process:
Printing-drying (105 ° C with 3 ~ 5 minutes).
Packaging and storage:
1.Packing: iron drum or plastic drum, 50Kg or 130kg each.
2. Storage: It can be stored for more than half a year under the temperature of -5 ºC ~ 60 ºC. The warehouse should be cool, dry and ventilated.
3. Seal the package after opening to prevent skinning when exposed to air.
