Scope of Application:
Specially crafted for the fixation of reactive dyeing or printing, our product is tailored to meet the specific needs of modern textile processes.
Application Process: (For Reference Only)
Utilize this concentrated fixing agent by blending it with 3 to 4 parts of water, ensuring thorough mixing for optimal results.
1. Dipping Process: Recommended dosage ranges from 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f), tailored to achieve the perfect finish.
Optimal pH range: 5-7
Ideal Temperature: 40°C - 60°C
Duration: 20-30 minutes to ensure effective fixation.
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: Generally requires 1.5-5g/L, adaptable based on fabric color and fastness needs.
Dosage should be adjusted depending on fabric color depth and inherent washing fastness. Users are advised to tailor the process to meet specific requirements.
Precautions:
1. Ensure dyed materials are thoroughly washed and soaped prior to using the fixing agent for maximum effectiveness.
2. Avoid mixing with anionic products in the same bath to prevent interference with the fixing process.
Packaging and Storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drums with lined bags or custom packaging to meet customer specifications.
2. Store in cool, dry, and well-ventilated spaces. Enjoy a shelf life of 12 months when stored at room temperature.
