Composition: 
Condensates of acrylate and organic fatty alcohol.

Solubility: Soluble in water.
Applications and feature:
Apply to organic and inorganic pigment, especially good dispersing performance for black pigment, and it could improve the brightness and color strength of pigment paste. It could be used to disperse water-based pigment paste, ink, emulsion paint, etc.
The advantage are
1, No sediment in color paste made with this product, no layering, no flooding and equalize. No granule conglomeration after long time storage. Easy to easy, could be mix with emulsion directly.
Usage and dosage:
Stir it well with water, then add pigment dry power and pigment cake, and stir for 2-3.5 hours at 1200 rotate per minute, then sanding. General dosage is 30-50% of the solid pigment. If the pigment couldn't be dispersed or solidification after dispersed, increase the dosage within the scope. If viscosity of pigment paste is lower, then decline the dosage.

RG-FSH675:    160(140-200)kg
Water:                    X               
Pigment paste:             1000kg
Note: Add deformer and sterilizing agent if needed.
