Smooth silicone oil emulsion RG-236R/25A is a new generation of multi-block copolymer silicone oil. It overcomes the shortcomings of common amino silicone oil, such as poor stability and non-re-staining. It is an upgraded product of ordinary silicone oil.

Instructions:      
Usage and dosage: (calculated according to 30% effective content)
Padding process:
Dosage: 10-50g/L, pre-baking at 120ºC, setting 150-180ºC, 50 seconds
Immersion process:
Dosage: 2-5% (o.w.f), temperature 30-50ºC, time 20-30 minutes, dehydration, drying 100ºC
Packaging, storage and transportation:
50 kg or 125 kg plastic drums , protected from exposure and freezing, placed in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored; shelf life at normal temperature is 6 months.
