Product description:
Indigo soaping agent RG-DL538 is prepared from a special surfactant and is suitable for dyeing and finishing of denim clothing . Suitable for denim , oblique cloth , knitting , blended cloth between the garment color resist . Good removal of floating color , white anti-staining effect for wash water and the dyeing process , improve wash fastness and color vividness.

Solubility: Soluble in water at 80 ºC - 90 ºC
Performance characteristics and uses:
1. This product can increase the enzyme activity , significantly increased Enzyme wash effect, and can increase the fermentation plant washed soft after degrees;
2. Improve the fastness and vividness of the fabric ;
3. desizing the pair of cotton , polyester , blends anti- back staining effect protrusion having soaping and washing effect ;
4 . The product is the production of anti-stain , anti- staining soap oil, resist material powder ;
5. Good compatibility , can be used with enzyme water and enzyme powder ;
6. The product phosphate-free, free of APEO , green, good biodegradability .
7. This product is used for denim desizing and net washing to prevent back dyeing, enzyme washing and pure cotton cloth netting to prevent back dyeing, and intercolored cloth netting to prevent back dyeing.
Instructions:
Use 0.5-1% ( o.w.f ) to have a good anti-staining effect. In order to give better fabric white staining, the recommended usage is 1.5-4.0% ( o.w.f ) .
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
160 kg plastic drum or according to customer requirement.
Protect from sunlight and freezing, store at room temperature. Stored under seal at 5-25 ºC , the shelf life is up to 12 months.
