Product Features :
This product has excellent diffusivity and thermal stability, no permeability and foamability.It has no affinity for fiber such as cotton and linen; has affinity for protein and polyamide fiber; can be used together with anionic and nonionic surfactants.

Usage:
1. Printing and dyeing industry:Dispersant WNO is mainly used in industry for pad dyeing of vat dye suspensions, leuco acid dyeing, disperse and soluble vat dyeing, etc. It can also be used for dyeing silk / wool interwoven fabrics, And make no color  on the silk. Dispersant WNO is mainly used for dispersing agent in disperse and lake making, rubber emulsion stability, and leather tanning agent in the dye industry.
This product can be used as a protective colloid when dyeing with vat dyes, indigo dyes, and base colors of naphthol. Disperse dyes can be used as dispersing agents when dyeing acetic acid, triacetate fiber, nylon and polyester. When the above synthetic fibers are printed with disperse dyes, this product can be used in the post-washing process to reduce white staining.
(1) Dispersant WNO is used as a dispersing and reducing agent for dispersing and reducing dyes: When dispersing dyes or reducing dye particles are processed, dispersant WNO and dyes can be added to the grinding machine and sand mill together. The dosage of dispersant WNO is 0.5-3 times of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times of disperse dyes, some of which can be left as fillers when the dyes are commercialized ;
(2) Dispersing agent WNO is used as vat dyeing: Suspension padding method: In padding bath, dispersing agent WNO is generally added 3-5 g / L, and in reducing bath is generally adding dispersing agent WNO 15-20 g / Liter; leuco acid method: the general dosage of dispersant WNO is 2-3 grams / liter;
(3) Dispersing agent WNO is used as a disperse dyeing dye: when polyester is dyed at high temperature and high pressure, generally 0.5-1.5 g / L can be added to the dyeing bath;
(4) Dispersing agent WNO is used as ice dye dyeing: to improve level dyeing and rubbing fastness, the amount of WNO in the phenol-phenol base bath dispersant is generally 2-5 g / l, and the amount of color bath dispersant WNO is generally 0.5 -2 g / l.
2. Building materials industry: used as an early strength agent for water-reducing cement, the dosage is 0.5-1%, after the cement is shaken, the cement has a good dispersion effect and enhances the strength of the cement. The dispersant WNO improves the tensile, impermeability, frost resistance and compressive elastic modulus of the concrete, and has no rust effect on the steel bars.
3. Agricultural industry: It can be widely used in wettable pesticides, with good dispersion and solubilization, and can significantly improve the efficacy of medicine. The dosage can be determined according to product requirements. Example: Proboscis, dosage 3-5%; thiophanate-methyl dosage 0.8-1.5%, Kaishuling 0.8-1%.
4. Electroplating industry: Adding dispersant WNO to color electroplating can make the pigment evenly dispersed, and can obviously improve the brightness of the electroplating surface. The dosage is generally 10% of the pigment.
5. Rubber industry: In the production process of the rubber (latex) industry. For dispersing substances such as sulfur accelerators, antioxidant zinc oxide fillers (such as barium sulfate, calcium carbonate), etc.,
It can improve the dispersion effect and shorten the ball milling time. Add the dispersant WNO 2-4% based on the weight of the dry powder , the dispersant is made into a 10% solution in advance, and then grind together with other components in a ball mill, which can improve the dispersion effect and shorten the ball milling time.
