DISCHARGE BINDER RG-HEF
Product Overview:
Acrylic polymer pigment printing binder, is most suitable to direct and
resist-discharge printing. The printed textile has good dry cleaning fastness,
has a soft feel and excellent color fastness.
Main Ingredients:
Heat cross-linking acrylic polymerized water-soluble dispersion.
Physical and Chemical Indexes:
Appearance: Slightly sticky liquid
Tonicity: Anion/ Nonionic
pH Value: 7-9
Density: Around 1.02g/cm3(at 20ºC)
Boiling point: Around 100ºC
Solid content: 38-40%
Solubility: Miscible with water at any ratio
Features/Properties and usages:
1.The textiles printed by environmental binder RG-HET has a splendid colour
Fastness, this includes well dry cleaning fastness, can be used for direct and
Resist-discharge printing. The fabric is soft hand feel, and ageing-resistand.
Compared with the other binder, if used a same thickener, the printing paste
which containing environmental binder RG-HET obtain a better viscosity,
particularly in water-based paste. Hence, it can obviously to save the
synthetic thickener consumption.
2. In the semi-emulsion pigment printing system which containing white kerosene,
if increase the dosage of this product, it can increase the viscosity printing paste, and thereby reduce the thickener dosage.
3. This product can also apply to foam printing and narce printing.
4. This product release without formaldehyde, conforms to the international
environmental protection requirements.
Usage:
The following reference of recipe is based on hardness of drinking water, the
General viscosity are:
Water-based paste: Around 80 dPas
less volume kerosene paste: Around 60-70 dPas
The following recipe is for reference only. It should be complied for
actual environment ( eg. hardness of water, actual condition )

The specific technological process should be adjusted according to test.
Package and Storage:
50kg, 125kg or 200kg plastic drums, avoid Exposure and froozen,
keep at room temperature. The product period of validity is one year,
the long period of storage of goods will be minor stratification is a
normal phenomenon, after stir it well, doesn't affect use.
Notes: Each index of Binder RG-HET was better than Binder ET ECO of Germany's BASF.
