Scope of Application:

Application Process: (for reference only)
This concentrated fixing agent excels when mixed with 3 to 4 parts of water, ensuring thorough blending.
1. Dipping Process: Recommended dosage is 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f) for optimal results.
With a pH range of 5-7,
Temperature settings between 40 °C - 60 °C are ideal.
Duration of 20-30 minutes;
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: Suggested dosage is 1.5-5g/L.
The dosage varies based on color depth and inherent fabric washing fastness. Users should adjust according to specific needs for best outcomes.

Precautions:
1. Ensure that all dyed materials are thoroughly washed and soaped prior to application of fixing for superior results.
2. Avoid use in the same bath with anionic products to maintain optimal fixing efficacy.

Packaging and Storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drum lined bags or customized according to specific customer requirements.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area to ensure a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
