Product Description

Chelating Agent RG-CN150N

Main ingredient:
Compound of several chelating agents.

Appearance:
Colorless to yellowish transparent liquid.

Physical and chemical index:
PH value:8.0-10.0(10% solution)
Ionicity:anion
Solid content: 43±1%
Solubility:It can be in any proportion dilution with water.

Performance characteristics and application:
1. RG-CN150N is used as chelating agent, complexing agent in cleaning agent, textile printing and dyeing and other industries. It can effectively chelate calcium and magnesium ions in the system and has a significant effect on scale inhibition. It can play an effective role in helping to wash at low temperature, dissolve soap dirt attached to the surface of the fabric, and make the fabric fluffy and soft.
2. Chelating RG-CN150N applied in fabric refined before bleaching, refining extractant with the reducing effectiveness, especially applied to cotton fabric which contains lot of impurity. Meet environmental protection Requirement.
3. PH value of chelating RG-CN150N is 3.0-5.5, it has obvious refining and extracting function.
4. If the cotton contains high impurity, just use Chelating RG-CN150N and refining agent together, it can get better effect of removing catalytic materials ( such as heavy metals and rust). And Using Chelating RG-CN150N and refining agent together, can avoid brittle damage caused by too much acid medium.
5. while remove catalytic material, it can also proceed enzyme desizing synchronously. Because Chelating RG-CN150N has no adverse effect on activity of amylase.
6. Chelating RG-CN150N can also extract and wash separately.
7. After extracting of catalytic material by Chelating RG-CN150N, we can proceed scouring and bleaching one-step processing, no need extra soda boiling or going through acid.

Application:
1. Using Chelating RG-CN150N to pre-extract hydrogen peroxide catalyst, then oxygen bleaching, can achieve the following aims:
1) Remove catalytic materials effectively.
2) Fabric obtain more whiteness.
3) Good capillary effect.
4) Reduce fiber brittle to damage.
5) Reduce dosage of hydrogen peroxide.
2. Chelating RG-CN150N can apply in the enzyme desizing, also can be applied for any washing bath process before oxygen bleaching:
1) Continuous pretreatment of cotton and polyester woven fabrics.
2) Continuous pretreament of cotton and polyester knitted fabrics.
3) Batch pretreatment of cotton and polyester woven and knitted fabrics.
4) Pretreatment of yarn.
5) Normal dosage of Chelating RG-CN150N is 0.1%-0.5%, specific process should adjusted conditionally according to test.
