Performance characteristics and uses:
1. Dispersant WAS-290B is suitable for dispersing titanium dioxide,
calcium carbonate and other pigments and fillers.
2. This product has excellent dispersing effect on various inorganic
powders such as titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate, iron oxide ,
etc. It sharply reduces the viscosity of the grinding material, shorten
the grinding time, stabilizes the pigment dispersion system, and helps
prevent organic pigments from flocculation, reducing the tendency of
floating color and blooming.
3. Dispersant WAS-290B can be used alone or together with other
types of dispersants. It can be used in various water-based industrial
paints and pigment concentrates .
4. This product can be adsorbed on the surface of various tiny particles
and generate electrostatic repulsion to disperse them, avoiding
sedimentation and coarsening. Mainly used as additives in electronic
ceramics, paper industry, alumina ceramics, household ceramics,
magnetic materials and other industries.
5. Add a small amount of this product to obtain a low-viscosity and
high-concentration color paste, and at the same time the paste

Usage and dosage:
Usually, the dispersant WAS-290B is first added to the water, mixed
thoroughly, and then add pigment under stirring.
Used in various inorganic powders such as titanium dioxide, talc,
calcium carbonate, iron oxide , etc. , the addition amount of dispersant
WAS-290B is 0.3-2% of the total pigment ;
When used in phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green, the
dispersion Additive amount of WAS-290B is 10-15% of the total
amount of pigment .
