Fabric Weighting Agent RG-WE
Product overview:
Fabric weighting agent RG-WE is a special polymer emulsion, which is suitable for all kinds of fiber to increase the weighting finishing. It can give the fabric a thick feel and has obvious weight gain effect.

Performance Characteristics
1.Rg-we has good adhesion to fabric.
2. There is no pungent smell in the processing of fabric weighting agent RG-WE
3. Different types of fabric use different dosage.Chemical fiber and spun silk fabrics should be used in a relatively high dosage, while cotton fibers generally use 100-200g/l, and more than 200g/l can be used if larger weight gain is required
4. The weight measurement of the fabric can be carried out on the second day, giving the fabric time to regain its proper balance
Application:
1.Padding method:
Two dip two rolling (50-300 - g/l) (rolling rate of more than 80-90) - drying - 140 ºC, 2-3 minutes baking and finalizing the design
2.Impregnation method:
5-15% O.W.F 30 ºC under normal temperature, the liquid rate after dehydration is around 80-90% - > 140 ºC, baking and finalize the design 2-3 minutes
Note: when taking the same bath with other additives, the fabric weighting agent rg-we should be diluted before adding other additives, but the sample test must be done first.
Package and storage:
50 kg or 125 kg plastic drum package.
Protect from sun exposure and freezing. Store in a cool and ventilated place for 6 months.
Remark:
When RG-CYA and RG-CYA50 are used for weight gain, they shall be used in accordance with the TDS of the fabric weighting agent RG-WE
