Application process: (for reference only)
Our product is a potent, concentrated fixing agent. Optimal results are achieved by diluting with 3 to 4 parts water, creating a seamless blend.
1. Dipping process: Employ a dosage of 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f) for impeccable results.
pH 5-7
Temperature ranging from 40 °C to 60 °C
Treatment duration spans 20-30 minutes;
2. Rolling and solidification process: Utilize a dosage of 1.5-5g/L, tailored for excellence.
Dosages are fine-tuned based on color richness and fabric's inherent washing fastness. Users should adjust the process for optimal outcomes.
Precautions:
1. Ensure thorough washing and soaping of dyed materials prior to fixation to achieve desired outcomes.
2. Avoid mixing with anionic products in the same bath to maintain the integrity of the fixing effect.
Packaging and storage:
1. Offered in 160KG plastic drum lined bags or can be customized according to client specifications.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. This product retains efficacy for up to 12 months at room temperature.
