Application Process: (For Reference Only)
This concentrated fixing agent is recommended to be diluted with 3 to 4 parts of water for optimal performance.
1. Dipping Process: Typically, a dosage of 0.15-0.4% (o.w.f) is suggested.
pH 5-7
Temperature 40°C - 60°C
Time 20-30 minutes;
2. Rolling and Solidification Process: Commonly, a dosage range of 1.5-5g/L is advised.
Dosage should be adjusted based on the depth of color and inherent washing fastness of the fabric. Customize the process accordingly for optimal outcomes.

Precautions:
1. Ensure thorough washing and soaping of the dyed material prior to fixing for best results.
2. Avoid using in the same bath with anionic products to maintain the integrity and efficacy of the fixing process.

Packaging and Storage:
1. Available in 160KG plastic drums with lined bags or customizable packaging as per customer requirements.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment to maintain quality, with a 12-month shelf life at room temperature.
