Product Description

                                         Dye Formaldehyde-Free Fixing Agent

1,This product is a formaldehyde-free and environment-friendly high-quality color fixing agent.
It can be applied to cotton, linen and blended yarn. It could be used separately or together with non-ionic/ cationic finishing agent to improve wet fastness, light fastness, wet ironing and sweat fastness.
2. The soaping resistant stain of products(reactive dyes, direct dyes, acid dyes and sulfur dyes, etc.) processed by this product can reach grade 4 to 5, dry milling grade 4, and wet milling grade 3.
3. It is suitable for the color fixing for cotton and blended fabric, and also as resist agent for nylon, wool, cotton blended fabric; meanwhile it could also improve the washing fastness and other fastness acid dyes for nylon fibers.
4. This product can reduce or prevent the wet fabric from contamination migration and swelling traces during the drying or partially drying period.
5. The fabric, brightness, and chromatic light will not be affected after treated by this product, don't  need to add other auxiliaries, simple and convenient to use.
6. There is no effect on the fabric hand feeling, stable to the normal hard water, but sensitive to high concentration of electrolytes; Stable in acidic conditions.
3, Application Process: (For reference only)
RG-906 formaldehyde-free fixing agent should be diluted with water before use in finishing solution. Because it's not compatible with many anionic products or polymers, it cannot be used together in water. RG-903 formaldehyde-free fixing agent should be put in after purging dyeing machine solution and cleaning stained material.

And it could also be used for finishing and fixing after pigment printing and disperse dye printing.
16	Fixing agent RG-G52A	nonionic	Light brown viscous liquid	As a crosslinking agent for pigment printing paste, it could form a mesh structure with the adhesive in the printing paste through the fixing process, to achieve the effect of printing color fastness. On the original basis, the dry and wet rubbing fastness could be improved to 0.5-1 levels. It can also be used for products such as flocking adhesives, coating adhesives, and spray adhesive cotton adhesives.
