Product overview:
This product is polymerized with siloxane, polyamine, polyether. It is a targeted product with outstanding performance of fluffy, soft, thick. It can be used alone or compound with cation, non-ionic to meet the specific requirements of customers.

Characteristics:
1. With long chain linear chemical structure, it has good surface covering and permeability on fabric;
2. Excellent compatibility with general textile auxiliaries;
3. In the process of operation, there is no sticking on roller or cylinder, no floating oil and demulsification;
4. Extremely low yellowing, especially suitable for soft finishing for white or light-colored and whitened fabrics;
5. High temperature resistance, high acid and alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, high shear resistance, no stratification, stable performance;
6. It can endow durable and washable fluffy, smooth, soft and elastic style, and makes fabrics hydrophilic and improve the tear strength;
7. It has high fluffy and soft effect for the fabric with acrylic fiber, fiber, cotton, silk, polyester.
8. Non-APEO or NPEO.
Application:
1. After-finishing on synthetic fibers yarns and fabrics such as cotton, silk, wool, polyester and acrylic blended in the dyeing factory
2. Soft finishing on jeans, wash cloth, sweaters, etc in washing mill.
3. Soft finishing on knitted fabrics in knitting factory. Expand to the width of fabrics, but will not deformation.
Usage:
Dipping: 1-2.5%(O.W.F) bath ratio: 1:10-15,
Temperature: room temperature, time :15 ~ 30min, PH: below 6.0, the effect is better.
Padding: 10-30g/L dip rolling or dip rolling.

Packing, storage and transportation:
50KG or 160kg in one plastic drum, prevent insolation and frozen, keep in a cool and dry place, seal and keep; The shelf life is 6 months.
