Stiffening agent RG-JW29
This product is a special high molecular polymer without formaldehyde, easy to dissolve, low viscosity, easy to biodegrade,good environmental performance; it can be applied to the surface
coating of various fibers (cotton, polyester, spandex, nylon) and their blended fabrics, It is used to improve its stiff and thick effect, and at the same time, it can also improve the color fastness, rubbing fastness and tearing strength of the fabric.
Physical and chemical indicators:
Appearance: milky white viscous liquid
Ionicity: weak anion
PH value: 5.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: easily soluble in water
Curing temperature: 8-100
Features and uses:
Formaldehyde-free, non-toxic, harmless, safe and environmentally friendly;
High temperature resistance, no discoloration at 180ºC;
The fabric treated with this product is crisp and elastic, with a long-lasting stiffening effect, washable, and does not soften when exposed to moisture;

and easy to store.Suitable for stiff finishing of polyester, cotton and their blended fabrics.
Instructions:
According to the stiffness and required requirements, dilute
RG-JW29 with water to make a working solution, and dry or iron the
fabric after padding. Reference dosage: 50-300g/L
Packaging, storage and transportation:
Packed in 50KG or 125KG plastic barrels, stored in a cool and
ventilated place, with a shelf life of one year.
