Emulsion thickener RG-600GN
Product Description:
RG-600GN is cross-linking polymer emulsion thickener containing acidic group. When it is diluted with water and neutralized with alkali, its latex particles will expand rapidly. Under this condition, the emulsion will become clarified and very viscous.
RG--600GN can improve the low shear viscosity effectively, so the emulsion system has high pseudo-plastic feature. The emulsions that use RG-600GN as the main thickener has higher yielding value and gel structure, which would be shown after shear stress disappears.
Compared with high molecular weight cellulose thickener, RG-600GN has no cellulose. The ability of anti-microbial and enzyme invasion is very high, so the emulsion viscosity can be stable for a long time.

Performance Characteristics:
1.Efficient thickening, also effective for most other thickener formulation systems that are difficult to thicken;

4. Good compatibility, except for a few cationic surfactants, it can be applied to various surfactant systems;
5. This product is non-toxic to human.
Product Usage:
This product has a variety of properties such as thickening, stable foaming, decontamination, emulsification, dispersion, etc. It is widely used in detergents, shower gels, shampoos, hand sanitizer, laundry detergent and other products.
Application Method:
1. To adjust PH with ammonia to be neutral to alkaline.
2. Use directly or to dilute RG-JZ600 in water with the ratio of 1:1.
3. Slowly add diluted RG-JZ600 under stirring.
4.While stirring, to measure changes of the emulsion viscosity; stop adding thickener when get the required viscosity.
Specific usage should be adjusted according to experiments.
Packaging and Storage:
The product should be stored in airtight containers, anti-exposure and anti-frozen. Suggested storage temperature is 10 ° C ~ 35 ° C, shelf life is six months. Slightly layer will appear after long-term storage, stir it and application effect would not be affected.
