Product description:
This product is a specific hydrophilic group modified silicone polymer. It has the characteristics of high bonding energy, soft molecular chain and low surface tension of organic silicon polymer compounds. It also has chemical activity brought by specific groups.
Physical and chemical indicators:
Appearance: light yellow transparent viscous liquid
Solid content: 75 ± 1%
Ionic: non-ionic

Scope of application:
It can be used for finishing of various fibers, especially when used for finishing of cotton fabric towels, home textiles, etc., with good hydrophilicity, softness, and smoothness.
Instructions:
This product can be used in padding or dipping process.
Emulsification method: directly add water to dilute to the required concentration.
Padding process: 20-40g / l FGP-75 (20% content solution)
Temperature Drying 100-130 ºC
Impregnation process: 2-4% (o.w.f) FGP-75 (20% solution)
Temperature 45-55 ºC
Time 20-30min
Dehydration and drying under normal conditions
Packaging, storage, and transportation:
160kg plastic barrels, protected from exposure and freezing, stored in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored; the shelf life is 6 months at room temperature.
