Product Description

1.  Feature:
   Has good dispersion performance on organic and inorganic pigment.
2.  Composition:
   Condensates of acrylate and organic fatty alcohol.

   Milky white to light yellow translucent liquid.

   A. RG-ABA180/55: Effective content > 55%
   B. RG-ABA180/70: Effective content > 70%

6.  Solubility:
   It is miscible with water unlimited. Doesn't insoluble in acetone, benzene
  etc. organic solvent.
7. Scope of application and advantage:
  Suitable for dispersing of most pigment,excellent effective,also can  
  improve the brilliance and strength of pigment paste. Can be applied in  
  water based pigment paste and textile printing pigment paste, water based ink,  
  emulsion/Latex paint etc. water based pigment.
Has the following advantages:
Pigment paste which made from this auxiliary has no precipitation/sediment and and phase, color is evenly, no flooding, floating etc. Appearance. Pigment particle will not gathered for long period storage.
Solved the color spots and flooding etc. problem in the process of using effectively.
Convenient and shortcut to use, can be added to the emulsion directly.
 
8. Usage and dosage:
 Stir fully well of the auxiliary and water, then add pigment dry power and  
pigment cake form, stir them fully well, stir for 2-3.5 hours at 1200 rotate per minute, then sanding. General dosage is 30-50% of the solid pigment. If the pigment couldn't disperse or become solidification after dispersed, can increase the dosage within the scope. If viscosity of pigment paste is lower, then decline the auxiliary dosage. If make paste through using other auxiliary in former, can one on one replacing the other auxiliaries (including emulsifiers, glycerin, ethylene glycol etc.) simply.
 
9. Package and transportaion:
50kg plastic drum or 200kg iron drums. This product is not dangerous cargo, can be transported through sea and land safety.
