Wetting and degassing agent RG-NR520 can be used as a general dyeing auxiliary and degassing/liquid pick-up rate enhancer for cotton and its blended products. It can greatly improve the liquid pick-up rate of high-density fabrics. Sizing process, penetrant, defoamer and deaerator used in the textile industry, enabling smooth desizing, bleaching, dyeing and finishing of wool, synthetic fibers, cellulose fibers and their blends.

Performance characteristics and uses:

This product can be used as wetting agent and degassing agent for pre-treatment of dip dyeing, especially suitable for pre-treatment of bobbin yarn to improve the consistency of inner and outer layers.
This product can also be used as a wetting agent and degassing agent when dyeing with a large liquor ratio, which can ensure that the cheese dyed in a large liquor ratio can quickly remove the air, so that the dye can penetrate into the fiber quickly and evenly.

Applications:
1. Recommended dosage:
Pre-treatment of package yarn: 1-2g/L;
Denim dyeing: 2-5g/L;
Continuous staining: 0.5-3 g/L.
2. In continuous pad dyeing or large liquor ratio dyeing, as pad dyeing auxiliaries and wetting agents, used with the following types of dyes:
Vat dyes, indigo dyes, reactive dyes, direct dyes, disperse dyes and sulfur dyes.
Wetting and degassing agent RG-NR520 can be used after pre-dissolving in cold water and adding it to pad bath or dye bath. The dosage is as follows:
Pad dyeing method: 2.5-5 g/L;
Large liquor ratio dyeing method: 1-2 g/L.
Packaging and storage:
Packed in 50kg or 125kg plastic drums.
Avoid exposure to sunlight and freezing, store in a cool and ventilated place for 6 months.
