(1) Basic physical properties:

(2) Range of use and performance:
1. This product is a modified polyorganosiloxane with more reactive groups in the structure. Under the action of a catalyst, it can be cross-linked to form a film. When finishing the fabric, it can further combine with the active groups in the fiber during the baking process to give the fabric a durable finishing.
2. This product is not only suitable for the finishing of chemical fiber fabrics, but also for the finishing of pure cotton fabrics. All performance indexes of pure cotton fabric after finishing with it are greatly improved, among which elasticity and crispness are particularly obvious. The product is also suitable for soft finishing of various rayon and natural silk. The product is also widely used in thread-making bleaching and dyeing process.

(3) Operation method:
1. The product can be finished with the finishing equipment commonly used in printing and dyeing factories and the padding process. It is suitable for dip dyeing and rolling.
2. According to the different types and requirements of finishing fabrics, the concentration of the product in the finishing bath can be controlled within the range of 0.4-4%. Generally, the ideal effect can be achieved by using about 1.5%.
3. In order to improve the finishing effect and durability, a certain catalyst can be added to the finishing bath. Commonly used catalysts include magnesium chloride and zinca nitrate.
4. If the fabric is finished by the impregnation process, the product can be added in an amount of 0.5-2.5% of the total weight of the fabric. Of course, the bath ratio should be selected according to the specific situation. The product can also be added while the fabric is dyed, and the product can be dehydrated after the impregnation treatment. Just do it.
5. The product has non-ionic characteristics and has excellent compatibility with general textile auxiliaries.
6. The fabric finished by this product is dried and cured on a general textile drying equipment. The baking conditions for chemical fiber fabrics are 160ºC×1′ or 170ºC×30″.

(4) Environmental protection, storage and transportation:
50 kg or 125 kg plastic bucket, protected from exposure and freezing, placed in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored; shelf life is 6 months at room temperature.
