Performance and Features:
1. It can be used as alkali fixing agent in dyeing of cotton fiber reactive dye, with the amount of 1/7 to 1/10 to replace soda ash in traditional technic, moreover, it can greatly improve the success rate of color assessment, reduce the cost of production and labor intensity.
2. Soda ash substitute RG-JD100 has a rather strong buffering effect and rather small-change PH value of dye solution, thus improving the dyeing reproducibility.
3. It dissolves very easily and quickly in dissolving container with cool water (at about 40ºC),especially suitable for those dyeing terms which need automatic fluid delivery and pump delivery dye.
4. It is suitable for small bath ratio dyeing, which can reduce the amount of dyes and dyeing wastewater emission.
5. It shares such advantages as of small amount, low operation intensity, small amount for inventory and          convenient transportation.
6. It is much nearer to soda ash in color and luster, as well as depth compared
with similar alternative alkali products.
7. This product does not contain any harmful material as APEO, etc., biodegradable completely with simple acid neutralization, suitable for eco-textiles demands.
