Uses and instructions:
Nylon/acetate fiber dyeing:
High-temperature levelling agent RG-EY673 is used as a disperse dyeing agent for dyeing nylon and acetate fibers, which can effectively prevent dyed colored flowers formed by the aggregation of dyes. Before dyeing, high-temperature levelling agent RG-EY673 should be added in an amount of 0.3-1.5g /l , depending on the bath ratio.
Dyeing of knitted socks:
The amount of high temperature levelling agent RG-EY673 depends on the type of equipment used, the package density, the length of the dyeing process and the flow of the dyeing solution.

Tight drum dyeing equipment Can reach up to 4.5g/l
Nylon/vinegar fiber level dyeing/brightening:
Unevenly dyed nylon and acetate fabrics can be leveled by adding high-temperature levelling agent RG-EY673 at 100 ºC and 80 ºC, respectively .
High-temperature levelling agent RG-EY673 can also be used to brighten disperse dyes.
Dyeing: for 1.5 - 2.5 g of / L
Brightening: 3.0 - 7.5 g of / L
Hot melt dyeing of polyester and polyester/cotton knitted woven fabrics:
For many fabrics, especially cotton blended yarn fabric of a different liquid is added in padding. 1 - 3G / L high temperature leveler RG-EY673 obtained clear appearance.
Brighten:
Using 8 - 75g / L high temperature leveler RG-EY673 fabric background brightness will increase 40 % this effect is dependent on the fiber type and the type of staining.
Leveling and brightening dyeing of polyester:
The high-temperature levelling agent RG-EY673 can be used in the same bath as the carrier used for large -batch dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics, and can improve the stability of the carrier.
Same bath dyeing with dispersed direct dyes:
In the dispersion of viscose / acetate fiber, direct dyeing, especially when using Yuanming powder, anionic surfactants should be added to increase the cloud point of high temperature levelling agent RG-EY673 .
Packaging, storage and transportation:
Packed in 50 kg or 125 kg plastic drums.
Prevent high temperature, exposure and freezing. If stored correctly in a closed container, the high temperature leveling agent RG-EY673 can have a shelf life of 24 months.
