Softening and Smoothing Agent RG-RH1021

Product overview:     
It is a new generation of terpolymer softener, with siloxane, multi-alkyl and polyther as its block copolymer. That does good to the weak stability and non-staining of common amino silicone, acting as an upgrading replacement of common silicone.

Performance and application:
Features:

1. It has no floating oil, no sticky roller and silicon-free spot;
2. It is characterized by resistance to acid and alkali, high temperature, and high shear; 
3. Its yellowing comes out quite low;
4. It is bulky, soft, smooth and natural;
5. Its quality can compete with the same type of imported products, with a high cost performance.

Range of application:     
It is suitable for such chemical fiber fabrics as polyester and brocade, with a good feel for such natural fiber fabrics as cotton and wool. It is characterized by its quite excellent softness, quite good smoothness and resilience, and very strong oily lubrication.

Applying Methods :     
Dilution method:
 Firstly, put the product into tank, add water gradually during stirring until diluted to the required density; then put in glacial acetic acid accounting for 3% of the silicone amount.
Applying method and amount:(calculating by 30% of its content)
Padding process:
Amount:20-50g/L,pre-baking at 120ºC,at150-180ºC for settling,50seconds.
Dipping:
Amount:2-5%(o.w.f),at the temperature of 30-50ºC,for 20-30 minutes,dewatering,baking at 100ºC

Packaging and storing: 
It should be stored in a 50kg or 125kg drum for anti-exposure and anti-refrigeration in a cool and dry place, sealed, with a shelf life for six months at the room temperature.
