Method of usage:
Which is APEO free, can be used directly and does not require the addition of ammonia or other alkali to the system. Before using, it can be mixed and stirred with water into white paste, then add pigment paste into white paste. Or it Can be stirred directly with binder and pigment paste for 3-5 minutes. We Recommend dosage of RT thickener is about 3.5~4% (according to test) in 100% printing paste.
This binder could be used at room temperature 25-40C, it takes about 24hours to achieve the desired effect. If add our Crosslink Agent, time is sharply reduced, just need 3 hours.
Another better way: after fabric dry, you should use 120C heating, last for 3 minutes. This can make fabric fastness better. )
Packing:
Usually 135kgs/150kgs per plastic drum, 116 drums/ 20# container, should avoid being insolated and frozen. Can be stored for 1 years under room temperature.
