Performance characteristics and USES:
1. Dispersant WS-2756A is suitable for dispersing titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and other fillers.
2. This product has excellent dispersing effect on various inorganic powders such as titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate, iron oxide, etc. It can sharply reduce the viscosity of abrasive, shorten the grinding time, stabilize the dispersing system of pigment, and help to prevent flocculation of organic pigment, reduce the tendency of floating color and hairiness.
3. The dispersant WS-2756A can be used alone or in combination with other dispersants. It can be used for a variety of water - based industrial paint and pigment concentrate slurry.
4. Low viscosity high concentration color paste can be obtained by adding a small amount of the product, and the aging stability of the paste and coating is superior.
Usage and dosage:
Generally, the dispersant WS-2756A is first added to water, fully mixed, and then the pigment is added after stirring. The addition amount of dispersant WS-2756A was 0.3-0.6% of the total pigment.
