                                      Anti-staining Levelling Agent RG-YP30

Description:  
Anti-staining leveling agent RG-YP30 is a stripping agent and leveling agent with strong affinity for cotton fibers. It is used for stripping and leveling of vat dyes,sul -phur dyes,reactive dyes and direct dyes.
It can retard dyeing for vat dyes and direct dyes. Preventing white ground to be stained when it washing directly after printing with reactive dyes.

Application Reference
For vat dyes:
Because RG-YP30 has a strong resistance to dyeing, it can provide a leveling effect, especially under harsh conditions, such as light color dyeing of bobbin yarn. In order to avoid unnecessary waste of dyes, RG-YP30 can only be used in a very small amount. reference recipes: 0.17-1.0g/L  RG-YP30
RG-YP30 should be added to dyeing bath in a diluted state (1: 5).
For direct dyes:   
The direct dye has a high directness to the viscose fibers, so it will cause the dyeing problem when dyeing light colors. Because RG-YP30 has a strong resistance to the direct dyes, it can weaken the directness of the direct dyes to achieve leveling effect. In order to ensure that the anti-staining effect is not excessive, the amount should also depend on the dye concentration.
