Imitating wax-printing thickener RG-FL6062
Imitating wax-printing thickener RG-FL6062 comes out a new generation of highly efficient synthetic thickener developed by our company. It is suitable for the imitation of wax-printing process of pure cotton, chemical fiber, ect., also for reactive dyes, disperse dyes and direct dyes, and used as a substitute for sodium alginate in part or all. Both the color rendering and brightness index are superior to other similar products, with convenient and safe operation.

Performance and application:
This product shows high adhesion to water molecules and sound thickening effect. It could be used in imitating wax-printing textile printing, with sound permeability, uniform and clear printing, only permeation, impermeable, gaining excellent double-sided printing. It is beneficial to do the dyeing for fibers, with high coloring quality, stable color pulp if this product used. Even in summer, it is not easy to go bad for color pulp storage, also an ideal thickener to replace sodium alginate.                  
Main strong points:     
1. With remarkable economic benefit,  the cost lowered by 1/3 for dye printing. This product has the best performance price ratio, whether compared with natural paste ratio or similar products at home and abroad.          
2. With the high number of coloring. It does not affect colors of the dye, with a brighter color. The printing paste has a wide range of viscosity, suitable for thick and thin fabrics, fine rugged and different patterns, with even dyeing in large areas.          
3. Convenient modulation. Add it in proportion to water and stir at a high speed, thickening would be gained only after a few minutes, adjusting accomplished according to the viscosity of pastes. After modulation, color paste is stable, neither stratifying nor diluting for 15 days in a lid container.          
4. Soft feel. No effect on the original printing process, with no net plugging, no seeping and only soft handling.

Usage methods:     
1. It could be made into 5 to 8 basic paste with water, and the method is that, to add the quantitative RG-FL6062 gradually in the water of 1/3 capacity, stirring at a high speed, and then gradually add water to the required density. Or RG-FL6062 can be added gradually to the mixture at a high speed until the required density.
 2. First use little water to dissolve the dye, alkali and other auxiliaries, then add the white paste prepared already with the product, stir it evenly for filtering and put into use. On the other hand, the dye, alkali agent and other auxiliaries could also be dissolved with the appropriate amount of water at first, then add the product directly, use the agitator to modulate into pulp and put into use after filtering.
               
Packaging and storing:     
It could be storage in plastic barrels of 130 kilograms and 50 kilograms. Two-year long storage could be gained at the temperature of minus 5 to 40 degrees.
