Amino silicone oil emulsifier RG-GR900H is easily soluble in water, it has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties, and is particularly suitable for producing various O/W amino silicone oil ( ammonia value 0.1 to 1.2 ) microemulsions. It has easy operation and strong emulsifying power. The advantages of good emulsification and dispersion stability are the varieties of amino silicone oil emulsifiers with excellent performance in the current market.

Performance characteristics and applications :
1. It can enhance the adhesion and penetration between amino silicone oil and fabric;
2. Increase the flexibility of the fabric and make up for the deficiencies of some amino silicone oils in terms of softness or slippage;
3. Strong emulsifying ability, micro-emulsify amino silicone oils with different amine valueswithin a relatively wide range of HLB values;
4. Good compatibility, can be used in combination with Yin , Yang and non-ionic additives .
Application reference : (According to 30% of effective content )
1. Normal phase emulsification method :
Amino silicone oil emulsifier and desired amount of solids added to the high-speed emulsion tank ( 1440 rpm / 2990 rpm) , the emulsifier 10 parts amino-silicone 20 parts, mixing evenly, part of acetic acid were added 0.15 parts of water and 5 parts of stirring 20~30 minutes, then slowly add 20 parts of water , stir for 30 minutes, then add 20 parts of water to dilute, stir for 10~20 minutes until a homogeneous emulsion is formed, add 0.15 part of acetic acid , adjust the pH between 5.5~6.0 , add Dilute with 25 parts of water, stir for 10~20 minutes until a uniform emulsion is formed, take a sample, check the appearance as a transparent liquid, filter and package.
2. Inverse emulsification method :
The 10 parts of an emulsifier and 70 parts of water were added to emulsion kettle was heated to 60 ºC, stir, added 0.1 to 0.15 parts of acetic acid, uniformly stirred, was slowly added 2 0 parts of amino silicone oil, stirred for 30 minutes, treated with acetic acid adjusted PH in Around 7 , stirring and cooling to below 40 ºC, that is to obtain a transparent microemulsion.
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
50 kg or 125 kg plastic drums .
Shelf life is 12 months.
Store and transported as general chemicals. Protect from exposure and freezing. Store in a cool and dry place.
