Performance characteristics and uses:
Cross-linking agent for wear-free finishing of textile washing, mainly used for crease-proof and shrink-proof finishing of woven or knitted fabrics of cotton, viscose and their blends It is also used for copy finishing, electro-optical finishing and calendering finishing.
After finishing the product, the product has good iron-free performance, high hydrolytic stability, good chlorine resistance, washability and dry cleaning, and has good hand feel.
This product is environmentally friendly, and the finished textiles do not contain free formaldehyde.

Pad rolling at room temperature, the rolling rate is 60-90%. The dosage of RG-220HE is shown in the table below:

Rolling liquid rate: about 70%
Pre-drying: The factory's conventional process, drying to the remaining moisture content of about 5-8%.
Baking: 150ºC with 3 minutes; or 170ºC with 30 seconds.

120-180 g / L RG-220HE
36-50 g / L catalyst RG-MCF60

Pre-drying: Factory routine process.
Baking: 170ºC, about 30 seconds
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test. It is recommended that the necessary tests be performed before use, especially for the finishing of white or light-colored fabrics.
Packaging, storage and transportation: 50kg or 130kg plastic drum.
Protect from direct sunlight and freezing. Store in a cool, ventilated place.
Store at 5-30 ºC, the shelf life is one year.
Precautions:
1. Please stir well before using this product before using it. After weighing the materials, seal the remaining materials in the barrel in time.
2. When stored at a higher temperature, the appearance of the product will turn yellow, but it will not affect the efficacy and use of the product. Once opened, the barrel should be used up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it must be sealed.
3. In rare cases, this product may show a small amount of crystal precipitation during low temperature storage. The crystal can be dissolved by increasing the temperature or stirring with water.
Package and Storage:
Package: 160kg plastic drum.
Avoid insolation and frozen. Stored in a cool, ventilated place.
Shelf life is one year in room temperature.
If stored in a higher temperature, the appearance will tend to be yellow, but it will not affect the product effective and usage. It should be used up once opened the drum. If didn't use up, then must seal it.
In rare cases, there will be little crystal separated out under low temperature. If increase the temperature or add water and stir, the crystal can be dissolved.
